Final Version
Research Question: How can we visualise digital space and compare it to its physical space?
Physical space is easy to visualize, map and recreate giving the materiality of it, nevertheless, digital space is different.
This mini project explores the issues surrounding digital space going into physical by tracking each tweet that comes from Zócalo in Mexico City.
The selection of this space is based on it being an empty physical space that nevertheless represents the center of the city where a lot of people pass by or gather every day, each tweet shared in this location is then posted on a website to create a visualization on how this apparently empty space looks as digital, having access to what type of content people decided to share to the public in this space.
